I'm a web developer with React and Next.js on one side and search and paid media on the other. Most projects need both, and most teams split them between two people.
The work usually starts with the same question: where are people dropping off? A page that takes four seconds to load. A query that lands on a page which doesn't answer it. An ad pointing at a category when someone wanted one product. Finding it is usually cheaper than the thing everyone assumed was the problem.

Booking website for a luxury serviced-apartment residence in Lakeside, Pokhara, with featured apartment listings, amenities and a gallery paired with nightly rates and direct WhatsApp reservations.
Nepal tour-package website covering nine handpicked journeys from Kathmandu, with clear pricing, transport options, destination filters and trip planning by WhatsApp.
Agency website for DrillThru: web design, development, SEO and ads services presented with proof stats, a proven-framework process, a work showcase and enquiry paths.
Website for a study-abroad consultancy in Kathmandu, with fourteen destination guides, test-prep courses, success stories and a free-counselling booking flow.
The site, the search result and the ad get handed to different specialists, and the customer only ever meets them together. Doing all three myself is mostly useful because the fix is so often in the gap between them.

A year at DrillThru, a web design and digital marketing agency in Nepal. I built the agency's own site on Next.js: service pages, work showcase, testimonials, blog and enquiry flows, plus the structured data that feeds their search results. Sitting next to the SEO and ads work is where I stopped thinking of a website as the finish line.
POM's Penthouse
Six months on the booking site for POM's Penthouse, a serviced-apartment residence in Lakeside, Pokhara. Guests compare 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments with amenities and nightly rates at a glance, then reserve over WhatsApp in one tap rather than filling in a form and waiting.
